CEO Kristin Hagen is credentialed as a Certified Hagen holds a fellowship designation from the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) and is credentialed as a Certified Professional in Health Information Technology, Electronic Health Records, and Health Information Exchange. She is a member of the AHDI Board of Directors, serving as secretary. She began her career as a certified emergency medical technician and sales/marketing coordinator for Micron Technology, Inc. prior to forming her business in 2005. She has served as Utah-Idaho's delegate for AHDI, as member in the Legislative Issues Group, past chair of Sustainable Structure Task Force, and contributor to Quality Assessment and Management Best Practices and Privacy, Security, Compliance and Ethical Best Practices. She holds membership in American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and is a volunteer stakeholder on the Washington-Idaho Regional Extension Center (WIREC).
